Our Story
Founded in 2010 by Igor Fromont, Fromont & Partners grew from an entrepreneurial practice into a multi-disciplinary team of consultants and subject-matter experts. Over the years, we have strengthened the firm with experienced practitioners in strategy, operations, digital, M&A, and compliance—enabling us to support clients from initial diagnosis through implementation and impact tracking.

Igor Fromont — Managing Partner
Founder of Fromont & Partners (2010).
Igor Fromont graduated from the Solvay Business School (U.L.B., Brussels) as a Commercial Engineer in 1984.
Entrepreneurship is in Igor DNA’s and during his career he set up numerous companies in multiple areas including Consulting, Engineering, Metallurgy, Packaging and various countries such as Belgium, France, Italy , USA, Hong Kong and China .
During more than 25 years, Igor has mentored, coached and consulted start ups and growing companies in Business Planning, Corporate Strategy, Innovation Strategy, Marketing and M&A.
He contributed to hundreds of projects in a wide array of industries and contributed to many significant success stories.
Recognized for his hands-on uncompromising approach, he likes to focus on the essential.
Max Fromont — Marketing & Digital Business Expert
Max advises clients on revenue growth through digital channels and data-driven marketing. His work covers go-to-market strategy, multichannel acquisition, conversion optimization, SEO/UX, and marketing technology enablement. Max helps leadership teams align marketing investments with strategic priorities, build scalable growth engines, and institutionalize test-and-learn operating models.
Priyanka Jane — Financial Expert
With an MBA in Finance and 6 years of experience at Deloitte in India and Belgium, Priyanka offers deep expertise in international tax, with a special focus on EU VAT. She guides clients through complex due diligence processes, strategic VAT planning, and the implementation and assessment of KPIs. Priyanka excels at structuring operations for multi-country e-commerce and international supply chains, ensuring they remain compliant with evolving VAT regulations while enabling efficient, scalable growth. Her proficiency includes risk mapping and implementing robust process controls for financial and tax systems.
Raphaël Dewulf— Entrepreneurial Advisor
Raphaël Dewulf, entrepreneur and consultant for nearly 20 years, has supported over 150 companies across Europe in growth, strategy, and international expansion. A former incubator director, he has guided start-ups and SMEs, led cluster initiatives, and advised European institutions on entrepreneurship, marketing, and industrial development.As an accredited consultant for the European Commission, he has carried out market diagnostics, feasibility studies, strategic plans, and export marketing operations in 10+ countries. His expertise covers import-export, branding, digital communication, SME transformation, and business model design, along with incubator development, certification, team building, and complex international projects.
